1. All work must be suitable to be viewed by all audiences.

2. The artwork must be submitted by the artist or the artist's representative (parent or teacher) with the permission of the artist.

3. All entries must be mounted on card stock, matte, stretched canvas, or in a frame.

4. Class 1, lot 1 and Class 2 are for primary artists only. Classes 3 - 5 will be separated into secondary (up to age 17) and adults (18 and up) and judged separately.
